Why so long to setup?
We manually setup every server to make sure it is done with quality and optimized correctly. Our beta testing showed this was best for the end user and our servers.
What happens if I cancel?
Your billing stops. Your server is still active until your month ends.
What about my data?
Your data is backed up hourly for that day, daily, weekly, and monthly. You can use our exclusive gameRestor anytime to restore you game server data.
If I cancel, do I loose my data?
No. We keep your game server data just in case you decide to come back. You pick up were you left off in the game.
Where do I access my billing?
You can cancel, update, or re-activate your server account when you Sign In. Just click on the Billing button once you are in your account.
I need help, where is it?
When you Sign In to your server account, click on the Help button to get access to our Quick Self-help pages and to submit help tickets. This gets your answers the fastest.

Why is my game down?
That only happens when we are updating the game server itself. Games like Minecraft and Team Fortress 2 require updates for the game server to work. Try back in 30 minutes and the update should be completed.
